About Olena Chepurna
I am a Ukrainian screenwriter, novelist, linguist, and story consultant with more than 17 years of professional experience working with language, dialogue, storytelling, and narrative structure.My background in translation and education shaped my understanding of rhythm, clarity, character voice, and the emotional logic of dialogue.
My writing focuses on character transformation — the inner journey that unfolds alongside the external plot. I explore themes of choice, identity, resilience, and the lasting impact of the past on human behavior. Drawing from real-life experience, my stories balance emotional authenticity with structural precision, creating characters whose struggles feel personal, cinematic, and universally relatable.
